If you're a property owner in Puerto Vallarta and need assistance in managing your property for either short or long-term arrangements, we provide rental and financial management with our full time maintenance crew and office personnel.
Vallarta Shores' experienced staff is always available to assist owners in maintaining and renting their vacation residences while they are away from Puerto Vallarta.
Our full service care includes inside and outside maintenance, property taxes, electrical, gas and water payments, property inspection, and overall general care so that owners may rest assured that their investment will be well-protected.
We provide monthly maintenance ledgers for expenditures and are always an e-mail, FAX or phone call away.
Our friendly staff keeps the following office hours:
- Monday to Saturday - 8 a.m. - 8p.m
- Sunday - 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Emergency crews are available 24 hours a day.
- Your needs are always a top priority with us.
