The 17th edition of the Nayarit-Vallarta Gastronomic Festival will take place from October 12 to 19, 2025, at Paradise Village Hotel on Mexico’s Pacific coast. This prestigious event will bring together top chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists from Mexico, Latin America, and Europe, with the theme “Connecting Minds, Connecting Souls.”
International guest chefs include Nacho Manzano from Spain, Janaina Torres from Brazil, and Heinz Wuth from Chile. Mexican culinary stars like Carlos Gaytán and Mario Hernández will also participate. The festival will feature exclusive dinners, tastings, workshops, and talks by experts such as Daniela Mijares and Valentina Ortiz Monasterio.
Beyond gastronomy, the event boosts the local economy and tourism, benefiting producers, artisans, and communities, as nearly 30% of global tourist spending goes to food. This festival cements Jalisco’s position as a global culinary leader, celebrating both tradition and innovation. For more information, visit their website or Facebook page.
