Welcome to our one-of-a-kind Mexican Suite in Puerto Vallarta, the only split-level unit offering a distinctive two-bedroom design. The suite features one bedroom that opens directly to the ocean on the ground floor, and an additional loft-style bedroom upstairs, providing both privacy and breathtaking views.

This suite includes a spacious kitchen with a large dining table and a beautifully furnished living area, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. The living room and oceanfront bedroom each have large balconies that open to sweeping views of Los Muertos Beach and the unforgettable sunsets over Banderas Bay.

Rates for the Mexican Suite 5:

Winter (Jan 4 – May 1): $435 USD/night
Summer (May 1 – Nov 1): $320 USD/night
Fall (Nov 1 – Dec 19): $395 USD/night
Christmas (Dec 19 – Dec 26): $395 USD/night
New Year’s (Dec 26 – Jan 4): $750 USD/night

The staff are amazing and the rooms are very comfortable. You can't beat the views and to be able to walk right on to the beach or pool is awesome. Housekeeping is top notch and the air-conditioning is greatly appreciated.

Esta vez fue con el chef Edwin , y sinceramente , nos regaló de sus platos , desayunos y una bonita paella. Es muy amable, siempre disponible y hace sus chambas con passión : chido !!!
