Chef Raul

Born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, chef Raul has spent 12 years of his life dedicated to the service of food and beverages. Even though Raul is the youngest of our chefs  he has plenty of experience and he will  make sure you are pleasantly surprised with every single one if his dishes. He loves to use fresh seafood ingredients and he enjoys preparing homemade style dishes while adding his own special twist.
