DESCRIPTION
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation="left-to-right"]
Villa 200 on Pacific Mexico’s Mismaloya coast is a living, breathing exhibition of art, nature and architecture. The flowing organic lines, arcs and curves that are emblematic of internationally award winning architect Alberto Alvarez’s style of design are complemented beautifully by the materials he chose to give this beautiful home in Mexico a romantic touch reminiscent of the regal villas of Tuscany.
Marble, Iron and stone seem to dance together throughout the house with a visual message that evokes the old world charm of Italy mixed with the laid back personality of Mismaloya’s Puerto Vallarta coast. A winding jungle road brings you to the end of a private street. Neither neighbors nor traffic are there to interrupt your peaceful enjoyment of this beautiful place.
Jungle surrounds you, and when you’re in the home you feel as if you are a part of Paradise. Balconies, an infinity pool, an enormous outdoor barbecue and several secluded niches for enjoying the breezes and views of the Pacific are surrounded by verdant planters overflowing with tropical flowers.
The view over the cleverly designed negative edge pool seems to glow from the white on white blending of stone and tile. Each of the homes 4 beautifully appointed rooms has absolutely amazing views of the Ocean. The open and artfully designed master bedrooms and enormous bathrooms have natural light cascading into them from their floor to ceiling windows, balconies and sliding glass walls.
The designers took that light into account when they chose the soft custom finishes within the room to complement the views of the water, jungle and sky. Beautiful custom made cabinetry and closets offer a wealth of intelligent storage, in a style that matches the home’s charming personality. The luxurious bathrooms’ amazing free standing Jacuzzi tubs soothe Casa Castelli’s guests with aromatherapy, light therapy and water jets that massage your entire body while you look over the most beautiful beach in the city. The kitchen is as handsome as it is functional. Honey colored cabinetry blends with stainless appliances and features to offer a kitchen that is both fit for a gourmet, and one of the most social rooms in the house.
Large sliding frosted glass doors open onto the enormous dining area. The views from your dining table over the Tuscany inspired marble, through the sliding glass wall, to the pool and finally to the beach and ocean below will take your breath away. The game room on the lower floor offers a huge TV, foosball table and other diversions in a large comfortable room overlooking the ocean. The couches in the room convert into beds in case you have more people than the home’s existing 5 beds can handle. Exit through a door from this room to a set of stairs that descends from the home leading you down a path to the water that is as beautiful as it is convenient. In less than five minutes, you will have warm sand beneath your feet, waves and maybe even a tropical drink with a tiny umbrella sticking out of it. Again, it’s Paradise.
