Chef Ramon

Ramón Ibarra Magaña, born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, has devoted 28 years to the culinary arts, beginning his journey as a dishwasher in 1998. Over the past 15 years, he has ascended to prestigious chef positions within various esteemed establishments, showcasing his remarkable talent for delighting the palates of his patrons.

His specialty lies in author cuisine at Vallarta Shores, where his signature dish—grilled tuna served with a velvety potato and celery purée, complemented by a lentil and balsamic vinaigrette—has garnered accolades from all who have the pleasure of tasting it. Ramón draws his greatest inspiration from his children: Josué, Lupita, Rocio, and Román.
