The Nayarit-Vallarta Gastronomic Festival 2025 will be held from October 12 to 19 at the Paradise Village Hotel in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. Under the theme “Connecting Minds, Connecting Souls,” it will bring together renowned international chefs, including Michelin stars such as Nacho Manzano (Spain), Janaina Torres (Brazil), Heinz Wuth (Chile), and prominent Mexican chefs like Carlos Gaytán and Mario Hernández.
The event will feature dinners, tastings, workshops, and talks with industry leaders, highlighting gastronomy as a key economic and cultural driver for the region. The festival reaffirms Jalisco’s status as a global culinary hotspot, celebrating tradition, innovation, and Mexican hospitality.
