Starting in January 2026, a new ferry will connect Puerto Vallarta with Las Islas Marías, a sustainable tourist destination in Mexico. This three-day, two-night package includes:
- Transportation: High-speed ferry for 199 passengers, with departures every Friday at 8 AM and a 5-hour crossing to María Madre.
- Activities: Explorations at the Site Museum, Santa María de Guadalupe Church, and guided visits to the Government House and the Nun’s House. Biking tours and cultural workshops will also be offered.
- Accommodations: Options ranging from single rooms to family homes, equipped with private pools and convenient transport.
- Dining and Amenities: Buffet-style meals, access to a beach club, restaurant, bar, gym, and spa.
Las Islas Marías, recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, host rich biodiversity and celebrate cultural traditions through a crafts market. Pricing details will be announced before the service starts, consolidating Puerto Vallarta as a prominent tourist port in Mexico.
