Puerto Vallarta is celebrating a successful year based on the 2025 tourism results presented by Jalisco’s Secretary of Tourism, Michelle Fridman. The report, reviewed by the local Economic Promotion and Tourism Directorate, confirms significant growth and stability for the destination.
Key figures include the arrival of 5 million visitors, generating economic activity of 32 billion pesos, a high hotel occupancy rate of 70%, and the successful reception of 123 cruise ships with over 392,000 passengers.
Local government, led by Mayor Luis Munguía, expressed gratitude for Secretary Fridman’s vision and leadership. Director Cornejo acknowledged the team’s commitment to establishing modern, sustainable public policies aligned with contemporary tourism needs.
